Registration Fees (*)

• Faculty members and professionals: 210€ TTC
• PhD student: 190€ TTC
  
  If you are a PhD student, please send a copy of your valid student ID card to gdre-2026-inscriptions@sciencesconf.org.

Registration fees cover:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Conference documents and materials (program, proceedings, etc.)
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference
• Participation in the gala dinner, Thursday, June 25
• Guided tour of Rennes, Monday, June 25 at 6:30 p.m.

Cancellation/refund policy:

Any registration cancellation received before May 25 will result in a partial refund equivalent to 70% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made after this date. Acceptance of an article and its presentation are conditional upon the attendance of at least one of the authors at the conference.
